Welcome to Crystal Green Properties. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at any of our properties. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Hotel Policies

Check-in

Check-in: 15:00 – 22:00

Check-out

Check-out: 09:00 – 11:00

We kindly ask our guests to inform us, preferably from the evening before departure, of their expected check-out time.

Please note that both early check-in and late check-out requests are always subject to availability.

Late Check-out Policy

Our standard check-out time is 11:00.

Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

If availability allows, a late check-out fee may apply.

Guests checking out after 14:00 will be charged the cost of one additional night.

Early Check-in Policy

Our standard check-in time is 15:00.

Early check-in requests are subject to availability.

If available, an additional early check-in fee may apply.

Guests arriving before 10:00 will be charged the equivalent of the previous night’s stay.

Reservation Policy

For reservations made under the Standard Rate, Crystal Green Properties requires a 50% down payment to confirm the reservation. The amount will be charged to the provided credit card on the booking date.

The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

For reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate, Crystal Green Properties charges 100% of the reservation amount immediately upon booking.

Guests who do not wish to use a credit card may complete their reservation through the bank deposit option available in the online booking system.

Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted credit cards:

  • Visa

  • Euro / MasterCard

Personal cheques are not accepted.

Cash transactions at our properties cannot exceed EUR 500, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Rate

Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Standard Rate

November – March

  • Cancellation 5 days or less before arrival: payment will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation more than 5 days before arrival: full down payment will be refunded.

April – October

  • Cancellation 15 days or less before arrival: payment will not be refunded.

  • Cancellation more than 15 days before arrival: full down payment will be refunded.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all Crystal Green Properties accommodations.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are not permitted.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

Children under 5 years old may stay in a baby cot for an additional charge of €30 per reservation.

Extra beds are available for an additional charge of €30 per night.

All baby cots and extra beds are available upon request and must be confirmed by Crystal Green Properties before arrival.

Housekeeping Services

Scheduled housekeeping, including full cleaning and replacement of bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and related amenities, is provided every three nights for reservations exceeding four nights.

Requests for towels or bed linen before the scheduled housekeeping service are available at an additional charge.

An additional one-day housekeeping service may also be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an extra fee depending on the size of the accommodation.

Extra Policies

  • Heated pools operate with a maximum water temperature of 21°C during winter.

  • Pool heating is available upon request at an additional charge of €40 per night, excluding any days required before arrival to preheat the pool.

  • If guests wish to use the private pool of another vacant suite, access may be granted for an additional charge of €100 per day.

  • Gardens and swimming pools require regular maintenance. Maintenance staff may access these areas once per week between 10:00 and 15:00.

Pool Rules

  • Children must always be supervised by an adult while using the pool.

  • Please do not apply lotion or sunscreen immediately before entering the pool.

  • Glass containers and other breakable objects are not permitted in or around the pool.

  • Pool access gates intended for children’s safety must remain closed at all times.

  • Air mattresses, large inflatable objects and inner tubes are not permitted.

  • Guests are kindly requested to keep noise to a minimum.

  • Guests with open wounds, infections or contagious diseases should not use the swimming pool.

  • Swimming is not recommended immediately after meals or when feeling exhausted or overheated.

  • Guests use the swimming pool entirely at their own risk. Crystal Green Properties accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, disability, loss or death arising from the use of the pool facilities.

These rules may be updated without prior notice.

Gym Rules

  • Please respect other guests while using the gym facilities.

  • Return all equipment to its designated place after use.

  • Wipe down gym equipment after each use.

  • Do not drop weights on the floor.

  • Remove towels, bottles and personal belongings after training.

  • Food and beverages are not allowed, except drinking water.

  • Turn off the sauna immediately after use.

  • Turn off the counter-current swimming system after use.

  • Always shower before entering the indoor pool.

  • Gym operating hours: 07:30–14:30 & 18:00–21:30.

  • Children are not permitted to use the sauna.

  • Children using the gym or indoor pool must always be supervised by an adult.

  • Glass containers are prohibited.

  • Guests with contagious illnesses or open wounds should not use the gym, indoor pool or sauna.

  • Guests use all facilities at their own risk. Crystal Green Properties accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, disability, loss or death arising from the use of these facilities.

Detailed Booking Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They constitute a legally binding agreement between Crystal Green Properties and the Guest, defining the rights and obligations of both parties.

1. Booking

1.1

These Booking Terms & Conditions together with your Booking Form constitute the complete agreement between Crystal Green Properties and the Guest. These conditions apply equally to the person making the reservation and to all guests included in the booking as occupants.

1.2

Receipt of the Booking Form constitutes our conditional offer for the rental of the selected property together with any additional services requested.

The offer becomes valid upon receipt of the completed Booking Form and successful processing of the reservation payment.

If the completed Registration Form is not received during the check-in process, the provisional reservation may be cancelled.

1.3

Your booking concerns accommodation in a fully furnished luxury property together with housekeeping services and any additional services requested during the reservation process.

2. The Parties

Crystal Green Properties acts as the Property Owner and/or Service Provider for accommodation and any independent services requested, including but not limited to catering, chauffeur services and similar hospitality services.

3. The Property

Each property is regularly inspected.

The information published on our website is believed to be accurate at the time of publication.

Should any significant change occur that materially affects the booked accommodation, Crystal Green Properties will inform the Guest as soon as reasonably possible.

Crystal Green Properties cannot be held responsible for changes made to a property without prior knowledge.

For marketing purposes, certain properties may be presented under commercial names.
